Photoshop Resolution Question?

Hi, does anyone know how to change the picture resolution without having to re-take or re-make the image, cause I created this image, then found that I could not resize it bigger without it becoming blue cause I forgot to set the resolution properly while creating the image, is there anyway I can change the resolution now without re-doing the whole thing again?Photoshop Resolution Question?
Go to Image%26gt;image size, then enter a new resolution and make sure the resample image box is checked. This will allow you to change the resolution without changing the actual dimensions.

It will lose quality though. There is no substitute for starting off with a high res photo.Photoshop Resolution Question?
Well, the resolution is actually really hard to change it once the picture has been created! Sorry about that.. the only way would be to start over... if you make it larger it will loose resolution and won't look that good. sorry.Photoshop Resolution Question?
Just open that image with Photoshop and go to Edit menu and select Image size.. and set the resolution.....
