How do I change a picture to meet the qualifications to upload onto facebook? I think it's the resolution?

Hi. Image editing programs should offer you all the features necessary to get your photo ready. GIMP is available for free download, which you could find by simply googling it. It's a little tricky at first, but once you learn your way around it, you should be able to accomplish your immediate needs and more with it. There are options for scaling the overall image size, and I'm pretty sure you can change the resolution as well.
