Return to the Sound %26amp; Ringtone app on the Pre and press ringtones. If your ringtones are not on the list then press on the plus button at the bottom left corner. This will search all your playable sound files in your Palm Pre and allow you to assign them as ringtones.

The ringtones in your current list will only display ringtones that are saved in the /ringtones subfolder in your Palm Pre.

Hope this helps!

use a original copy of the photo you took (in camera or on memory card) not one that's tiny and been shrunk down in size alreadyHow can i better the resolution of my picture?
I've changed the image resolution to 300DPI (from 96). Consequently increasing the image size to approx 4inchs by 6.

As a general rule of thumb images for print must be 300+ DPI to achieve a good quality.

You will have to find the original image file and hope you shot it at the highest resolution your camera supports.

You cannot increase resolution on a file that is small. I would be like trying to enlarge a cupcake to feed thirty people ... there just isn't enough data available.

Help with HD gaming and tv?

I'm trying to play my xbox 360 on an hdtv, not playing on my regular tube tv because im on vacation. the problem is, if i go to turn, it takes a couple milisecdonds to respond, same with shooting, driving, whatever game im playing, and it throws me off to te point that its untolerable. i can still play it alright, but is there some way to calibrate the tv, change the resolution, or how can i make the response time almost instantaneous like my tube tv is.

do hdmi cables help at all? ive tried changing the picture to %26quot;gaming%26quot; modes and every other one it has, but it still doesnt work. help me out pleaseHelp with HD gaming and tv?
This is known as input lag. Some tvs have it worse than others. Basically it's caused by all this image post process editing that it does to make the image clearer. This however is bad for gaming. Game mode should eliminate most of it but if it doesn't get rid of it all, that is most likely the best your going to get out of that tv. Hdmi might help slightly but not worth buying one if you still experience lag on game mode as it will still likely be just as noticeable as before. Check to make sure that when game mode's on that every single post processing feature is turned off. Ex: Cinemotion/120hz, auto blackening features, everything that doesnt have to do with static colour and display like rgb and sharpness and contrast.

The text on my computer screen is 'jagged' because I changed the resolution. Help?

I recently got a new computer screen, and at first, the picture on the screen was stretched length-ways.

I read on the internet that the standard resolution is 1280 by 768.

I changed it to that, restarted it, and now, the picture seems like it should be, except it's all jaggedy, and it's hard to read.

How do I make the picture smooth and sharp, like it should be?The text on my computer screen is %26039;jagged%26039; because I changed the resolution. Help?
It is not just the screen that is having the problem but I suspect it is your graphics card that is possibly not able to display the correct resolution for the screen size required. You may find you need to experiment with the resolution sizes available to you to get the right image from your new screen.

There are several different Widescreen resolutions and assuming your graphics card is capable of it you should try them all to see which gives you the best image.

depending on the screen you have purchased try some of the resolutions listed below

How can I 'blow up' a picture?

Is there any way or program to change the resolution or size or quality of a photo? Or all of the above? Any help would be awesome...How can I %26039;blow up%26039; a picture?
If you have an original image of very good quality (hi res), you might try using the following program to convert it to a vectored graphic before enlarging and then resaving in same format after the enlargement:

Sure you can change the size - but you can never change the quality (it will only get worse) when your blowing up a picture. Try GIMP.

well theres this website you can do this on called picnik.com. a lot of the stuff is free, some of the things you have to be a member for but i'm not one and i use it all the time for my myspace.com and things like that. and then when you're finished you can just right click the picture you edited and save it to you're computer. i hope this works. good luck to you.
