I have a picture that was sent to me on my cellphone with a 128x96 resolution. I've already transferred it to my computer. I want to make it larger but it gets very pixelated when I do and I'd like to figure a way to refocus it and clean it up when I do it. I would love to change it to 640x480 but would still be very happy with 320x240.
Is there a simple and free way to do it?How do I enhance a picture that I resized?
you can't do that. it's like trying to make a slice of cake into a whole cake. i mean you may be able to blur it to hide the pixels, but it won't look good either way
