I got a computer with a widescreen for christmas, and it stretches everything... words, pictures, icons, etc. How would I fix this? I went to the options and brought up a screen that adjusted resolution, but idk where to go from there.
It's an e-machine with an 18.5'' screen, 1366x768 resolution, and an 16:9 aspect ratio

you need to increase your screen resolution to something higher than what it's at. If it won't go higher then you need a better video card. To check resolution on vista 64-bit. Right click a blank portion of your desktop. Then click personalize then display settings and the monitor tab. Don't know your monitor but just keep looking in the display properties and/or the monitor buttons itself may be able to change it?
