The film itself doesn't exactly make that much sense as it is. As far as linear story line I know Brad and Ja
net stop at a house after their car broke down. Inside, hop
ing to use the phone, they get caught up and 'lost' in this delirious house and its inhabitants.
In the end however, Frank, Columbia and Rocky are dead, Riff Raff and Magenta have gone back home and Janet, Brad and Dr Scott are just... left there.
I know they have changed, but what are we, as an audience, suppposed to be left with? I just can't understand the end. Are we sad, happy? Is it good bad? will they die live? stay together, seperate. Something happenned to the two that changed their life...but how does that help the story?

It's a straightforward tragedy. Frank is a powerful figure, brilliant but depraved. Although he seduces everyone, in the end he is destroyed by the forgotten Riff Raff, who is fed up with Frank's bullsh*t (and has foilbles of his own). There are no heroes.
The humans who were taken in by Frank's charisma are left hanging, to ponder their weakness and the cruelty of life in general. As are perhaps the audience the
mselves.
Nice movie. The fans running around in ladies underwear were kind of distracting. What is the resolution to the end of %26039;The Rocky Horror Picture Show%26039; film?
Its a cult film with great music, and one of my all-time favorites. However, I think the end is intentionally left vague to let the viewer figure things out for themselves. I mean, this movie wasnt made to leave you with a profound message. It was made to entertain. Good luck figuring things out though =)What is the resolution to the end of %26039;The Rocky Horror Picture Show%26039; film?
I understood they were aliens and leave this planet... you're right it doesn麓t make sense, but i like it : )What is the resolution to the end of %26039;The Rocky Horror Picture Show%26039; film?
Fantastic film, have you seen shock treatment which is part two? It really is cr*p compared to the original! What is the resolution to the end of %26039;The Rocky Horror Picture Show%26039; film?
I don't think the end was supposed to make sense at all.
The movie, based on a broadway musical of the same name, was a parody or satire of the entire science fiction/horror movie genre. In a lot of these movies, the endings are a bit perplexing, and really have no profound meaning. Most movies have an ending that audiences understand, and can relate to. Science fiction/horror film endings tend to leave the audience %26quot;hanging%26quot;. This was especially true in the earlier movies, like those mentioned in the opening title song (%26quot;Science Fiction Double Feature%26quot;).What is the resolution to the end of %26039;The Rocky Horror Picture Show%26039; film?
