Hi, My boyfriend just got a new computer and when he uses the webcam on his computer thru the pogram HP Media Smart, the photo resolution is really crappy and choppy. He looks like he's in a painting. How can we change this to make it more clear and crisp???HP Media Smart picture resolution?
in that program there should be a resolution setting, change the resolution for image taking to 150dpi or higher
