My laptop screen picture does not fill the whole screen like it used to, i tried changing the screen resolution but it only allows the image to get smaller and not bigger. Anyway other way to increase the screen size?How to change screen size?
If it has been fairly recently that your computer made these unwanted changes to the screen size, you can try to do a System Restore to an Earlier Date to see if that will help at all. Go to Start Menu, then Control Panel, then to System Restore and then find an earlier date to restart your computer to. You won't lose any stored data, but the computer should just restore the settings for that date, so that if your screen was whole screen, it will restore itself.
You can also try to click and drag the frame of the application you are trying to do. Click on the top corner of the frame. You will see a diagonal arrow. Move it to the top edge of the screen. Then, once in place, click on Window on your toolbar and then select the Remember Size and Position option and this will also get your computer to change. (This is probably the easier of the two options I have listed here).
