Any editing program including Paint which is already on your computer will have an option to resize your pictures.Changing resolution on digital photos?
Any photo program can resize photos (indeed the tool is called %26quot;resize%26quot; or %26quot;image size%26quot; to much smaller image files (640 x 480 @ 72 DPI for instance) ... just remember to rename the resized image file so you don't overwrite the original.
